Job Title : Administrative Support Advisor
The Administrative Support Advisor is responsible for providing extensive support to the Sales and Customer experience processes in all administrative matters.
The role of the Administrative Support Advisor is to carry out all administrative matters in support of Sales and Customer Services teams.
Primary responsibilities include managing work stream tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion to enable sales and customer service colleagues to deliver outstanding services to our clients.
Administrative Support Advisor is a key component to Crown’s sales and customer service delivery by effective execution of administrative front end tasks to enable streamlined processes and efficient transfer of customer information to Mobility and Sales Advisors.
Administrative Sales Support
File Set Up Create Enquiries in Interact for Competitive Corporate client relocations. Creates customer accounts in Interact system.
Update and maintain customer records with sales or customer data with a sense of urgency (Sales Reporting)
Schedules Customer’s virtual consultations on sales team’s calendar system.
Reviews results of sales virtual consultations and records volume amounts and service requirements for pricing and sales use.
Assist in the creation of Customer Data Sheet, partnering with Corporate Sales Team
Creates service proposals for Residential Sales and Business Development teams.
Maintain 100% compliance and accuracy in inputting all internal operating systems data in line with the responsibilities of the position.
Offer administrative support to Residential Sales, International Lead Center (ILC), and Corporate Sales teams as required.
Prepare all necessary documentation, liaising with the customer to ensure the appropriate information is received on a timely basis and to avoid delays.
Ensure Crown Care protocols are followed and properly documented.
Adhere to the prescribed sales strategies as directed
Administrative Customer Service Support
Cooperation with Corporate & Competitive Service Delivery, and Manager teams, aimed at lessening administrative burden
External client billing and internal ICB and IBB billing as required
Reporting for one-off client requests and internal initiations reports, service activity reports, and billing instructions (BI reports)
Follow the prescribed Crown sales methodologies and protocols in accordance with the strategies, priorities, and sales targets as prescribed
Prepare all necessary documentation, liaising with the customer to ensure the appropriate information is received and documented in systems on a timely basis and to avoid delays.
Reduce the opportunity for service defects by diarizing all customer contact points and liaising with operations to honor all commitments made.
Ensure CrownCare protocols are followed and properly documented.
Ensure each customer has returned all signed documentation relevant to their service / s prior to the service provisio n.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Support and actively participate in the company Corporate Social responsibility projects related to community service and carbon footprint emissions reduction.
Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values.
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

1-2 years industry or equivalent experience is a plus
Advanced written and verbal business English is required.
