Direct the experiences for the various ways we recruit at scale. Shape how we do everything from event, requisition, inclusive, volume and specialty hiring.
Lead our execution of the talent acquisition global diversity and inclusion strategies for our recruiters, hiring managers and candidate experience.
Guide how we brand and market talent acquisition. This role can be located across Americas or Europe.
you identify strategic goals to guide the design of policy, process, and tools that can be operationalized and managed at scale.
you leverage HR infrastructure in managing global Rhythm of Business recruiting motions in partnership with peer HR disciplines.
you provide oversight to business continuity strategy.
you provide mitigation plans to address risks and issues in project execution.
you partner with stakeholders / project sponsors / steering committee to evaluate project impact.
You establish and communicate performance expectations, identify, and address gaps and monitor performance to ensure plans are met.
