We have an exciting opportunity for a tenacious, experienced, Key Account Manager to join our thriving Sales function.
Based at our offices in Mexico, the Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing a new customer acquisition strategy.
You will provide an exceptional face to face account management service and retain and grow revenue from key accounts.
We are looking for candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish.Key Responsibilities
Define and execute an account plan delivering expected results
Manage, develop and nurture relationships with key customers
Support organisations to increase key account users of all kinds and help dormant customers to reengage with Achilles
Be a customer advocate and drive engagement
Track and ensure resolution of any service problems or issues highlighted by the customer or Achilles
Deliver customer value, and delight customers through solution delivery
Exceed revenue, customer satisfaction and system engagement targets
Cross-sell and upsell additional products which could add additional value to the customer
Leverage relationships to support growth broadening and deepening of account penetration in other geographies and sectors across geographies and productsQualifications
