Full ownership of sales revenue and margins in Mexican market.
Management of in-country operations and business development with the objective to increase overall profitability.
Development of short, medium and long-term strategic plans for the business.
Account management of existing customers including key account contact, forecasting, identifying new growth areas (depth and breadth), managing pricing and closing agreement / contracts.
Account management of providers (managing buying from telcos & other providers). This includes revenue responsibility, cost negotiations and improving buying & payment terms.
Initiation of new partnerships / accounts across our full range of digital value services (Mexico to US / All countries to Mexico / Within Mexico).
This includes prospecting telco’s, fintech companies, digital partnerships (brands, advertisers and app owners) and others.
Maximizing ROI through deployment of marketing programs locally and where relevant supporting such programs internationally.
Management of the full cycle of the on-boarding process including agreement / signatures, live account status and on-going management of new accounts.
Ensuring all specific reporting within required time frame including full use of CRM tool with precision is carried out.
Providing timely summaries and insights about performance, sales activity, account management and strategy.
Ensuring account retention, contractual health, well-being and maximum satisfaction of clients.
Initiation and maintenance of a strong link between customers and back office services in order to ease communication and facilitate the resolution of any issues.
Identification of trends through researching industry, related events and announcements.
Demonstrated skills and experience in revenue generation and business development.
Superior business planning skills.
Results-oriented with excellent communication, organization and negotiation skills.
Ability to interact effectively internally and externally at C-Level, superior networking skills. Strong communication skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with all relevant clients / partners, third parties and internal colleagues.
Direct or indirect work experience in the telecommunications and / or mobile financial services industry preferred.

Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements.
Excellent attention to detail.
CRM proficiency is a plus.
Fluent Spanish and English speaker.
