Main Responsibility Area
Analysing, clarifying and documenting the requirements with the customer
Providing technical consultancy, which includes consulting them on code development practices and business analysis
Documenting Functional Specifications / Low Level Design
Provide Technical Leading and Coaching for small team through project implementation
Implementing software modules and components from specifications / Low Level Design
Integrating software components
Customizing products workflow
Documenting software implementations / fixes
Packaging software deliveries Preparing acceptance test plans and carrying out acceptance tests at the customer environment
Installing and configuring software systems
Troubleshooting and fixing of problems / defects related to software
CEM / OSS / BSS domain experience with multiple years of exposure to mediation projects, involving Charging Gateway, Probe Mediation, Billing Mediation (offline and online)
Solid experience in reference architecture planning, requirements gathering and solution architecture scoping work in CEM / OSS / BSS domain
Knowledge of operator’s mediation business processes and link to operator’s end-to-end business processes
Excellent skills in customer engagement as well as in leading customer workshops with formulating conclusions and documenting results
A software development (C, C++, Java, Flink, Unix scripting) background with skills in service-oriented architecture and related protocols (Kafka, Diameter, RESTful APIs, SOA)
Experienced with network protocols such as Diameter, LDAP, TCP / CTP transport protocol, SNMP, SoAP / XML, Restful API, etc.
Good knowledge of SQL / PLSQL and data storages (RedisDB, RockDB, ElasticSearch, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Good Knowledge of Unix / Linux operating systems
Knowledge on Cloud platforms like Openstack, Kubernetes, VMware
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Willingness to travel in Americas region if required
