  • Partner with segment teams and key stakeholders to create and deliver best in class marketing plans across the funnel to engage merchants and grow market share
  • Provide visibility for local stakeholders on segment market goals, strategy and program performance, whilst providing segment team with local insights and adaptations to international multimarket plans.
  • Partner with the local inside sales teams to co-ordinate and optimize sales pipeline via marketing channels based on sales targets
  • Partner with the local channel sales teams to maximiZe penetration of priority channel partners, with channel campaigns and best in class presentment opportunities.
  • Lead local efforts to deliver against merchant targets, provide local insight on the addressable audience and target penetration across the portfolio, as well as identify areas of opportunity to increase results
  • Ensure alignment & presentment of value proposition and key messaging in a locally relevant way
  • Own and execute against the local merchant facing marketing calendar - product launches, announcements, events, and seasonal moments
  • Continuously monitor program and portfolio performance, identify opportunities for optimization
  • Partner with local consumer team to ensure hyper-targeted, complimentary GTM plans.

  • Deliver ambitious, world-class programs w / support from sales & product to drive exponential growth for PayPal Mexico.
  • Localise & Deliver Mexico segment campaign strategies / marketing calendar
  • Meet merchant targets driven by Marketing
  • Drive incremental Revenue and Customer Value per customer driven by Marketing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an integrated segment campaign for Mexico
  • Drive healthy sales pipeline through a strong partnership with Inside Sales and Channel Sales
  • Stakeholder NPS

  • 8+ years B2B strategic marketing expert with merchant payments experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in delivering full funnel integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in LATAM markets.
  • Hands on strong executor who’s comfortable playing an individual contributor role.
  • Deliver on time and in line with the budget allocated
  • Brilliant collaborator, one team player strong ability to prioritise and balance multiple workstreams.
  • Work with partners and analytics to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, embracing change & delivering strong business outcomes.
