We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to drive Mobile App growth and Paid social advertising investments for our Mexico Business.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work with engineering teams to build automated advertising technology, assess marketing capabilities, own an experimentation strategy, and undertake detailed data analysis.
The primary objectives of the role include : acquiring new customers, encouraging customers to take high value actions, and directly generating revenue.
To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working with technologies teams, dive deep on the data analysis to assess the customers’ responses, determine incremental business impact, and manage a multi-million-dollar budgets across two marketplaces.
The roles require stakeholder management including Country leaders, WW and local technology teams, country marketing teams and finance.
The Mexico Traffic team at Amazon is responsible for driving traffic and revenue for Amazon.com.mx. We own both strategy and execution across a wide range of marketing activities including SEM, SEO, Email, Push, Social Media, Display, Remarketing, Business Intelligence, Mobile Marketing and Partnerships.
Core Responsibilities :
Work cross-functionally with engineering to develop new automated programs from end to end.
Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics measurement methodologies for these Program by involving BI, Finance, and Leadership team
Dive deep on the marketing program funnel metrics (impression, click, install, sign-in, purchase, etc.) by using internal and external marketing tools and running SQLs to measure the customers’ response and business impacts.
Continuously optimize the marketing program by testing multiple levers (e.g., payment model, inventory, bidding price, creative refresh), mathematically make a decision to choose the best option, and convince the Finance team to increase the investment with backed-up data analysis.
Define experimental frameworks and optimize ROI including tracking, measuring, and reporting.
Work directly with external partners (Apple, Facebook etc.) to understand platforms capabilities and explore marketing campaigns.
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and teams to iterate on objectives and opportunities.
MBA or master’s degree in economics, marketing, finance or related fields
Tableau, SQL, or basic data-mining experience
Excellent awareness of emerging Social Platforms and advertising.
Deep analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design and analysis.
Proven track record of successful delivering results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to partner cross-functionally with a variety of teams world-wide.
Strong technical competency and ability to learn new systems and work with technology teams
