Covia is looking for a dynamic Sales General Manager (Technical Sales) who will have a positive impact on the Sales team at its Monterrey, Mexico location.
As a Sales General Manager , you will have the opportunity to manage technical sales area based on our internal policies, procedures and process to guarantee the product quality from the mine to mineral application in different process and the product technical development to provide mineral solutions to our customers focused to sales growing.
The successful incumbent will have the following Key Accountabilities :
Recommended to our customers the products use and application, functionality test, failure analysis, improve process, materials specifications to ensure the application and development of our products
Manage the information in a data base of our internal research for future reference and keep historic knowleadge
Analyze the Covia products development to identify in advantage instability potential pattrons and work with research area to keep our materials stability
Train to operation area, customers and suppliers about the product application to ensure they understand the product application in the customer productive process.
Coach and train vendors in sales technical services requirements according internal policies and technical support in products specifications.
Stablish and keep relationships with industry association, technology centers and others to promote our products and analyse the market tends
Evaluate and stablish the process and methods to produce in massive new products and determine capabilities.
