The Position : Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the frog General Manager of Mexico City studio to drive success in growth, operations, and profitability.
This includes : including revenue analysis & ad hoc reporting, business development support. This position requires the experience in business operations, Finance, and the ability to work cross functionally with team leaders.
The Operations Manager collaborates with the General Manager, discipline leads, and the management teams in our Mexico City studio to formulate consistent operating plans, strategies and tactics to achieve profitability, growth and operating goals across studios.
In addition, this person will review operating reports and conduct monthly / quarterly reviews to ensure accountability for performance vs.
plan and to help the region exceed top and bottom line objectives.
