Responsible for development and administration of staffing / employment / recruiting programs.
Responsible for developing and implementing more complex recruiting strategies for assigned business segment or geography.
May support multiple clients, technology recruiting and / or executive level recruiting.
Scope : General :
Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers
Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
Moderate decision making authority guided by policies, procedures, and business operations protocol
Primary Responsibilities :
Conducts intake meetings with managers to understand job requirements,
Screens and assesses applicants’ credentials and determines if skills meet the needs of the hiring manager(s)
Utilizes multiple sourcing channels such as job fairs, different job portals and the applicant tracking system (TALEO)college contacts, and internet sourcing tools to meet recruiting needs
May function as technical and / or functional specialist sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates.
Manage full lifecycle recruiting from requisition intake, screening candidates, assessment testing, interview scheduling with hiring manager, offer development & extention, and background checks
All other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree preferred, although may have progressed into the role via equivalent business experience that provide knowledge and exposure to fundamental, theories, principles, and concepts
Familiar or knowledgeable with U.S. recruiting laws and regulations and processes
Organized and self-driven.
Comfortable following processes and procedures in detail.
Work with a sense of urgency and provide fast / timely updates to management and hiring managers
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions
