The job incumbent is responsible for driving local execution across Supply Chain domains (Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service) with focus on customer experience.
He or She will act as primary Supply Chain contact for the local business units and sales organization.
This includes :
Overall Leadership of the Market Supply Chain function (Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply and Demand Planning, Customer Service) Responsible for the development of the organization and increase of its capabilities to sustainably deliver the Supply Chain commitments Supply Chain Business Partner for Customers, Divisions, Markets, Countries, etc.
Key representative in the Regional Supply Chain driven activities
A successful Supply Chain professional is expected to have :
Deep Operational Supply Chain experience with proven background implementing TPM in supply chain organizations
Leadership (leading directly and leading through others ) and People Development skills
Outstanding in idea generation, ideas that are forward thinking and that contribute to creating sustained competitive advantage.
Strong at selling ideas to his / her key stakeholders, internally and externally, translating these into effective proposals conveying value and communicating it accordingly.

Main responsibilities :
Deliver the Supply Chain commitments aligned to the Market / Regional Business Needs and the Regional / Global Supply Chain goals and strategies.
To do so, he / she will :
Ensure operational discipline is achieved across all levels within Supply Chain to reduce losses in everything we do Drive excellence in local supply chain execution with focus on customer experience / serviceOrganize and lead regular operations meetings following the Run to Standard systemsCoordinate regional issue resolution and escalate issues to regional domain leadsEnsure the use of all company policies and procedures (e.
g. code of conduct, BPCM) and acting in line with external legal requirements
Act as primary Supply Chain contact for regional division managers and functional heads Maintain a close relationship with the sales division personnel to share information such as new / lost accounts, promotions, forecasts, quality and service issues.
Support them with correction plans as required and suggestions for improvementBuild up and maintain clear communication and close co-
operation with all relevant internal (e.g. divisions, R&D, Supply Chain) and external (e.g. suppliers, unions, local authorities) interfaces
Lead the organization to have proper systems and processes to drive excellence in Service with optimized inventory levels Have Run to Standard and TPM implemented in all operationsParticipate in the monthly S&OP process at Divisional levelHave ownership for the monthly Consensus Forecasting process by Division, together with reporting of the relevant metrics.
Be a key contributor to the monthly inventory process to ensure that Excess and Obsoletes are visible and controlled and keep total inventory within target parametersVisibly demonstrate ownership for DIFOT and support of action plans by Division at Country and Market level.
Agree to service targets with the sales organization and drive supply chain execution against those targets.
Own the financial commitments and budget preparation process for Supply Chain Lead the Annual Loss Analysis process to identify savings projects to eliminate losses in the Supply ChainCoordinate the overall budget preparation processes for each area of Supply Chain and ensure alignment within the team of key interventions needed during the year to achieve the cost targetsEstablish monthly review sessions to ensure delivery of savings commitments and identify additional savings projects from the Loss Analysis to compensate for delays or changes in previously committed savings ideas
Drive implementation of proper systems and processes to achieve operational excellence in the Logistics, Warehousing and overall Distribution operations within Supply Chain seeking end to end efficiencies Ensure proper alignment between the Regional Logistics strategy and actions with the execution of local organizationHave Run to Standard and TPM properly implemented in all operations
Understand and support the company Quality and improvement programs to ensure compliance with local market regulations Support the proper integration of MPD and Quality to ensure our processes are capable to produce all product formulations within target specifications the first time around, including new formulations as part of the Innovation PipelineImplement Run to Standard and TPM in all operations to minimize product quality defects and quality related losses in the supply chain operations
Increase the organizational capability through People Development and building of a Culture of Excellence. To do so, he / she will :
Champion the implementation of TPM across the organization
Responsible for the personal and professional development and talent planning of the Market Supply Chain Team. Conduct a disciplined Staffing and Succession Planning process following the Regional guidelines
Provide an environment in which Safety is a cultural value and where employees can work safely at all times
Ensure the PP+D Process for people development is executed annually with all target employees
Set high standards in the hiring process for Supply Chain
