Main Activities of the post :
He / she is directly responsible for the design of the product, planning and execution strategy related to Portfolio and transactional Engagement.
Responsible of the definition and implementation of different strategies to maintain the portfolio activity (Cross sell strategies).
Implementation of global software platforms with the purpose of improving the time to market for new functionalities and reduce costs.
Development of strategies to improve channels and pricing
Explorations of new technology platforms that could benefit the bank in the medium and long term.
Supports the definition of project portfolio management standards and guidelines
Creation of relevant value offer for business needs.
Bachelor's degree (titled) :
Bachelor's degree completed in Economic or Administrative areas or related in Communication, Marketing, Economics, Law, Finance and Accounting.
Desirable master's degree in subjects related to the degree.
Professional experience of 3 to 4 years in Digital Banking.
Strategies in services & products and their operations through the different channels,
Experience in Channels and Pricing and managed services.
Management of product portfolios.
Payment of Services and transfers of accounts.
Specific skills, abilities and knowledge :
90% spoken and written English validated by the business.
Ability to promote the adoption of new processes, methodologies and tools.
Administration and Management of internal and external suppliers.
Definition and implementation of workflows for the management of new projects.
Knowledge of business practices in the banking and financial services industry.
Knowledge of methodologies, tools and best practices of administration of programs and projects.
Technical knowledge :
Advanced intermediate level SQL handling.
Excel Access, Word, Power Point.
