KPMG wants you! Knowledge Management Responsibilities : This role is the main participant in the creation and publication of knowledge.
It is responsible for assisting teams with documentation efforts such as runbooks, requirements documentation, technical diagrams, configuration documents, recovery guides, etc.
in accordance with the format and publication standards provided by the Leadership of the Knowledge Management practice, and within the timelines agreed to with the requesters.
This activity includes working with the Knowledge workers to gather, analyze, and compose technical information and translating it into clear, readable documents, to be used by technical and non-technical users.
Main Background : 3- 5 years of experience on technical writing experience in a large IT environment. -ITIL Foundation Certification.
