The main responsibilities are :
Support production environment in a timely manner and with high quality and professionalism, gaining customer trust and respect
Work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
Assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.
Encouraged to actively look for innovation and continuous improvement, efficiency in all assigned tasks.
Work as L1L1 support engineer with high responsibilities and in charge of keeping stability of production platform.
Ensure timely resolution or escalation within the agreed SLASLA.
Create positive customer support experience and build strong relationships through problem understanding, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a professional attitude.
Perfil del candidato
Bachelor's degree in Science / IT / Computing or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience working with Oracle Middleware products (e.
g. OSB and SOA). 3 years of experience developing services & software code on the products above. 2-3 years of using Unix / Linux.
Spanish and English speaking languages. Team across boundaries.
