Primary responsibilities of the are related to generate and coordinate programs in preventive maintenance activities and meet the tasks of predictive techniques, implementation of TPM system and ensure compliance of maintenance programs for our plant GMCF, in our Manufacturing Complex in Silao, Guanajuato, México.
Your main accountabilities will be to :
Monitor equipment problems. Escalates complex issues.
Provides support for new equipment installation, maintenance and parts replacement.
Coordinates with purchasing and vendors on acquisition and disposal of spares.
Logs and documents production problems. Identifies and reports potential problem areas.
Check that equipment registration and work plans in the Maintenance Management System (PLEX) are up to date.
Verify that properly develop preventive maintenance programs : S, Q, M, TRI, SEM and when there are Shut Downs.
Verify that generate and control work orders in Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance as well as improve the PM's job plan
Coordinate, manage and implement systems for ensuring compliance system maintenance, reporting daily, weekly and scheduled compliances, giving standardization to working methods.
Establish a control for maintenance costs.
Manage maintenance budget.
Check and updated lists of spare parts.
We are looking for :
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electromechanical engineering, similar.
English : 80% spoken and written
2 to 4 years of experience as maintenance planner, in Forging industry (desirable) or automotive industry
Extensive knowledge in reliability engineering and risk.
Management engineering techniques of reliability, maintainability, reliability.
Reliability centered maintenance (RCM)
Inventory optimization from RCS
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Failure mode effects analysis (FMEA)
MTTR and MTBF indicators.
Project management skills.
Cost analysis techniques, inventories and projects.
