Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities associated with launching new projects, changes to the process, engineering changes to the product and customer approval, allocating the necessary resources, eliminating barriers, complying with customer specifications and plant objectives in quality, time and cost
Key roles and responsibilities
Manage and coordinate, in a CFT (Cross Functional Team) environment, the design, quotation, development and implementation of new Emissions and Thermal Systems products from the concept to the vehicle launch.
Manage the resources needs and develop work load thru the NPDP process.
Responsible to create and keep update the program charter for each program assigned.
Ensure all project objectives are reached which are : Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery & Timing.
Responsible for leading the introduction of new products.
Responsible to coordinate Functional Team and APQP, PPAP, prototype, production requirements, Tooling Payments, develop of high quality prototypes, production cero PR&R s, QR s & NTC s , and PSO process and customer Specific requirements
Project financial reviews, AR, Cost analysis, Risk assessment, Contract reviews, Project budgets, Project closure, Labor and material reviews)
Develop and Managing AR, LAUNCH & TOOLING Cost s.
Direct and assist subordinate engineers in resolving productivity, capacity, quality, purchasing and resources issues
Strong experience on Quality System Practices and Engineering Standard.
Meet all internal and customer targets and objectives.
Interface with all levels of internal and customer management on all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling the program.
Manage all the activities involve the prototype parts. Since request drawings and quotes, to the fabrication, testing and delivery of those.
Manage and coordinate the execution of program Quality Gates on a timely manner.
Interact as a link between customers and BW.
