Job Description (Posting).

Web Security L2

  • Must have 5+ years’ experience with managing Web security solutions including on-prem and cloud proxies.
  • Should be able to develop, Implement and maintain Web access policies in large and complex environment.
  • Should have working experience on Blue coat Proxy solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of technologies such as TCP, UDP, IP, HTTP, HTTP2, SPDY, and QUIC
  • Good hands on exposure on defining Internet access policies.
  • Good hands on exposure on SSL encryption and decryption concepts.
  • Good hands on exposure on defining and modifying PAC files
  • Support troubleshooting of Web connectivity problems to determine root cause.
  • Perform Proxy solution component upgrades.
  • Working experience using Bluecoat VPM and CPL.
  • Must have exposure in defining SLAs
  • Good hands on exposure on troubleshooting, change management & incident management.
  • Must have expertise in defining Standard Operating Procedures
  • Must have expertise in Remote Infrastructure management for network and information security
  • Should be able to manage day to day activity of managing Web security devices
  • Familiar with security solutions including but not limited to Firewalls, IDS, IPS.
  • Primary Skill Set : Proxies (Bluecoat / Symantec)

    Secondary Skill set : Firewalls

  • Communicate and manage client needs and expectations
  • Should have B.Tech. / MCA degree
  • Minimum 5 + years of relevant Cyber Security experience
  • Works well in a team environment and independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, verbal and technical writing skills
  • Bluecoat technical certification
