Focused on Labor Relations (Administrative and operations processes, support to management in different shifts and legal assesory)
Ensures compliance with internal and legal policies / procedures
Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations.
Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Development and monitoring of KPIs for staff turnover and absenteeism
Enforce company policies.
