Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As an Account Strategist, you will be in charge of a portfolio of Google Customer Solutions (GCS), Mid Market Sales (MMS) accounts.

Providing them with outstanding consultancy services, you will help advertisers grow their business and maximize their returns through a combination of one-to-one and scalable outreach or support.

You will work in partnership with advertisers to understand their marketing objectives and increase their understanding of Google advertising solutions, as well as provide them with tactical implementation and maintenance support of their Google Ads accounts.

You will promote effectively by delivering value through high-quality strategic advice and creative advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Google Ads accounts by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth and managing risks.
  • Pitch strategies or suggestions to advertisers through a consultative approach.
  • Implement creative ways to improve customer relationships and tailor / share performance-enhancing suggestions. Share and collaborate with Specialists and Product team members on new feature development.
  • Identify key client stakeholders and effectively handle objections from clients. Manage high-trusted relationships with advertisers and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges.
  • Collaborate within the Sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in tech sales or digital marketing.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience with Google Ads and online marketing best practices.
  • Ability to develop and grow senior-level relationships with clients and agency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Ability to leverage your business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
  • Proactive, highly organized and interested in contributing to a team.
  • Detail oriented and skilled in analyzing data, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and metrics.
