Description

Responsible for assisting Management in daily activities, as well as

to support the different departments of your area in

the secretarial work, attention of visits, preparation of reports, etc.

Assist the Director of the department in functions and activities related to the full area

Organize periodic meetings to review the BSC in the area

Director's agenda management

Development of eCR (investments), ePRs, DRs, AP Exception request and shopping baskets. SC Tracking and

PO. Authorization of invoices in WorkCycle. Generation of tickets for new staff accounts

and movements. Update of intranet information (such as organizational charts, BSC, calendars, audits,

telephone numbers, etc.). Preparation of reports and presentations. Generate BSC (presentation).

Management of electronic dead file based on the directive.

Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment.

Room Administration

Review and control of Budget (expenses and investments).

Keep uniforms for visitors in good condition.

Star assignment (if applicable).

Organization of internal and external events (such as Kaizen, BSC, etc.)

Train in CONCUR tools

5s audits in the area

Organization of visits (coffee break announcements, etc.)

Travel organization for full staff

Approval of expense accounts in eSign

Review of expenses in Concur

Preparation of director expense accounts

Stationery control and supply

Compliance with the SGC. 1. Mastery of the procedures indicated in the Responsibilities matrix
