It's time for you to Make It at Mondelēz International.Mondelēz International is looking for vacancy : Quality Manager Position Purpose Ensure, through the effective management of the Quality and Food Safety System the compliance with the internal and governmental policies of the countries in which the products are distributed, within an Integrated Systems environment, having as a center of excellence the pillar of quality as support of the current process, NPD's, new technologies and productivities that assure the competitive advantage of the silver for the business. Main Responsibilities
Develop strategies to ensure the maintenance of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and QCMS management systems covering the requirements of raw materials, semi-finished product and finished product for compliance with internal and external policies.
Implement the Quality Pillar in the Integrated Systems, ensuring the identification of losses in the supply chain with a zero-defect approach and a management from the control of products to the control of processes, through the development of capabilities in the core and support team.
Establish strategies under the Quality pillar to ensure cultural change and contribution to the development of high performance teams (HPWS) in the functional area and operational area.
Lead the corporate and third-party audit program (Governmental and Certifying Bodies) to ensure. the performance conditions of the management systems in the plant.
Maintain the certifications of accrediting agencies, as well as the export ratings of the governmental entities of the region.
Manage the budgeting of the Quality department to ensure the optimal use of the resources needed to control processes in our supply chain.
Support the distribution process, ensuring compliance with policies, considered from the storage process to the final delivery process to customers.
2 to 3 years minimum in the coordination of quality laboratories, Process Specialist and Head manufacture.
2 to 3 years minimum as leader of quality, health and / or corporate microbiology.
Experience in QCMS, ISO, FSSC 22000, Lean and HPO concepts.
Experience to work in unionized environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal.
