Division overview
Customer Success contributes to our efforts to enhance and transform the Calypso customer experience via a client-centric approach (building and maintaining relationships, proactively identifying potential crises that may detrimental to the user experience, meeting and exceeding client expectations).
Thus, helping to differentiate Calypso and contributing to the growth of our business. Customer Success is composed of several organizations (Customer Delivery, Cloud Services, Calypso Learning Services, Customer Support and Customer Success Management) that manage the customer’s journey at Calypso, all of which are aligned to this common goal : providing the best customer experience via world-class service for our growing customer base.
Team and Role overview
Calypso SaaS provides the Calypso Application in a secure, robust, and redundant hosted environment with availability of all Core Calypso Interfaces and data transfer with external parties and internal systems via Secure FTP or Real-Time Messaging, while also performing regular software upgrades and maintenance.
SaaS Support serves as the single point of contact for all issues and SaaS clients.
We are seeking a senior functional and / or technical SaaS Support Analyst with experience gained in the capital markets industry working for a software vendor, consultancy, and / or trading floor.
This should include production support of Front and / or Middle Office Systems in one or more of the following : Fixed Income, FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, or Risk.
Responsibilities
This will include areas such as testing of market data, including zero curves, probability curves, correlation matrices, dividend curves, etc

Mexico City office is the newest office opened by Calypso, opened late 2019 and growing fast. We’re Located in a luxurious building at Napoles, which has a characteristic that highlights the architecture of the localization.

We’re on the 7th floor located inside a Regus place, Calypso has 2 offices all furnished and equipped, the floor has bathrooms, meeting rooms, a coffee area optimizing and facilitating the day-to-day of the business.
