This position provides employees with standard solution to requests and inquires; and ensures compliance with quality, legal and internal requirements and documentation
It holds accountability for driving standards, quality of HR data management for downstream systems, availability and user-education on HR tools and channels and the quality of the HR user experience.
This position is under GBS governance and has strong network with HRIS and HRM / Business Partners and Specialists to address escalated cases.
Provide first line of face-to-face support to employees following standard solution to requests, inquires, and escalate cases when further specialty and / or non-standard solutions are required.
Prepare and deliver employment letters and certifications when required.
Personnel files maintenance and assurance that all legally and / or regulatory paperwork associated to each employee are kept as required per internal policies and local laws.
Educate employees on the existence and use of the employee available tools and channels (i.e. HR self-service application, HR Service Phone Line when available, Service Kiosks use, etc.)
Guaranties availability of employee tools and channels (online, phone, face to face) at all times and / or report and follow through solution with the appropriate support groups to solve incidents at the earliest possible time.
Collaborate with appropriate content owners to maintain relevant and up-to-date information of the local pages of the intranet
Provide administrative support to human resources function as needed (i.e. completes and submits internal and external required information such as INS, payroll-related reports, bills processing, etc.)
Comply with the Quality Management System requirements, tasks and duties, including managing preventive and corrective actions, strict adherence and compliance of all guides, policies and procedures.
Comply with internal HSE guidelines and programs, follow job safety recommendations and provide feedback to prevent incidents or work illnesses that could affect the health of the employees, safety of the workplace and / or Company assets.
Responsible to protect documents, confidential information, equipment, tools, raw material, products or other assets directly related to the job, in order to prevent incidents that could impact productivity and distribution of products, that could cause an economic impact to the Company or a non-compliance action with our customers, suppliers, shareholders and / or other key stakeholders.
BA, HR Administration, or related student or degree.
1-2 year experience in similar positions.
English intermediate level
Performance more or equal 3, or CM / CM
Deep knowledge of HR standards, tools and systems
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology
Capable of understanding and being responsive to employee needs
Demonstrated team player and customer service oriented.
