Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a OFFER CREATION PROJECT MANAGER in our APODACA, NUEVO LEON location.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the Development & Launch of New Offer / Product creation Program / Projects(s) & evolutions to existing products in Low Voltage & Medium Voltage switchgears switchboard panel boards domain for ensuring that the program meets its goals for customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, development expenses, product costs and effectiveness adherence to a validated Business case.
Manage mid to large size project with medium to high level of complexity and risk : involve one or more of several innovation fields.

REQUIRMENTS : Domain)
Demonstrated proficiency in Project management Process (PMBoK Project Management Book of Knowledge)
Demonstrate proficiency in Agile project development cycle management. Expereince with Software / Firmwaredevelopment projects is a plus.
Project Scheduling techniques, Finance in projects (ROI, Product costing Pie and Phases), broader view on Manufacturing processes (plastics, Sheetmetal), Software tool development process (configurators), FMEA and Risk management methodologies.
Working knowledge of Project management tools (Scheduling, portfolio reporting, Business case analysis tools)
Experience in full product life cycle in any of the development functions (scoping, feasibility, execution, production establishment)
Broad experience / understanding of the different functions & its development processes (marketing, engineering, certifications, manufacturing - supply chain distribution, )
leadership and soft skills)
Proven communication & inter personal skills - a clear thinker that can simplify complexity.
Proactive Leadership : act before the situation gets worse. Courage to lead, throughout the project, in a complex environment (matrix organization) and maintain the project commitments.
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate priorities. Interaction with senior leadership.
Agile development mindset to propose & implement project plans that allow introduction of products in an iterative way. Entrepreneurship (target focused, calculated risk, customer needs & business oriented, innovative)
