This may include email or correspondence with customers, vendors or FSE’s. · Tracking and scheduling of Preventative Maintenance service (PM’s).
o Maintaining PM spreadsheet. o Creating SR 1month in advance. o Follow-up on all pending PM’s with FSM & FSE. · Quoting o Creation of quotations within 48hrs of receipt o CSM approval on all quotes.
o No edits to a quote will be provided to customer without approval by CSM electronic approval or signature. · Billing (T&M Service) o Notify and enter accruals for Finance & CSM 48hr after closure o Billing requires approval of CSM.

Send Accounts Payable 48hrs after receipt Tracking on Accrual spreadsheet. o All edits to invoices will be approved by CSM · Part Request o Oracle entry of parts and proper paperwork submittal for return parts to Mexico depot o Commercial invoices creation (as required) o Backlog report from logistics updated and processed timely o Manage SBD spares orders, and new sales orders spares release · Execute Mini-Z RMA process for region · Manages 3PSP tool box inventory in the CSC toolbox (as required) · Schedule parcel installations with customer · Documentation printed (if required) and overnighted, or electronically (to be defined) · Performs other functions as necessary.
