Key responsibilities :
As a Business Systems Analyst, You are responsible for mapping the business needs to the Honeywell standard ERP solution for Talent Acquisition / Management, and when no such standard solution exists, being able to work through the design of the solution with oversight from COE functional Team and other members of the Talent IT world
Responsible for business consulting, configure the systems Cornerstone On Demand, Phenom People, Succession Planning , HPD to support business requirements, design / configure different business scenarios or cycle events in the staffing or talent management space & Talent analytics
Design and develop System specifications with good understanding of the functional areas within ERP SAAS systems and support the technical teams for technical specification development, build and testing.
Participate with Business workshops to understand end to end business process requirements, design of the best possible solution
YOU MUST HAVE :
4+ years of experience in implementation of ERP Systems or HR Technology Space
2+ years of experience deploying any cloud-based HR Technology Software
Strong hands on experience in configuring most common business process scenarios in Talent.
Good knowledge and experience on integration of Cloud Systems and Analytical tools
WE VALUE :
ERP / SAAS Experience in HR Technologies, especially Talent Space tools like CSOD, SAP SuccessFactors and Peoplesoft
Self-motivated to keep abreast of the technology, setting high standards on performance
Experience of working in a global customer base.
Prior experience in HR Space as a functional / Tech analyst .
Understand end to end HR Technology processes and solution the overall Hiring or Performance Appraisal or Learning process with automation of processes, reduce cycle times and improve productivity
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean / HOS, Agile techniques preferred
Ability to work independently in a matrix environment and with multi-cultural global teams
Excellent time management, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills
