Execute Honeywell IT strategies to facilitate effective deployment of new business systems to improve Honeywell business results.

You will be the liaison between the business and IT solutions to define customer requirements for deployment of new business applications.

You will support process redesign and provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption to applications. Your technical and project management skills will be key to ensuring delivery of highly effective solutions that improve IT user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define requirements, develop plans and schedules and manage risks.
  • Participate and collaborate in discussions to support C&CE technical solutions.
  • Provide business requirements that Technical leads can translate into architected solutions.
  • Ensure C&CE IT project and program management processes are followed in deploying projects.
  • Interact with business stakeholders to discover, capture and assess project requirements and produce required documentation and effort estimates of projects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support achievement of business objectives.
  • Experience of working in a matrix environment with excellent interpersonal, business partnership, team building and all-round leadership skills.
  • Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales to identify and build proper business cases.
  • Creative and innovative; ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
  • Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships and alliances across internal, external and organization boundaries

  • Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business / MIS, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT Business Analyst experience
  • Excellent communication skills; oral and written; ability to work with various functions
  • Conceptual knowledge of the agile technical practices, such as TDD / BDD, Refactoring, CI, DevOps, and hands-on experience in few of them.
  • Experience in CRM, Sales, Field Services process.

  • Customer focus Knowledge of project management practices, principles, and tools.
  • Six Sigma certified
  • SAFe Certified (SA)
  • Strong attention to detail and a firm understanding of marketing and design concepts
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization; proven ability to work within large, diverse teams
  • Experience in SalesForce, CRM, Field Services
