Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the spa. Coordinates the delivery of all spa programming including : spa services, health, wellness and fitness, reservations, and spa reception desk.
This role will be focus on continually exceeding guest satisfaction while also maximizing the financial performance of the department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to : · Oversight of the Spa operation to include treatment rooms, nail technicians, therapists, etc.
Adherence to company health and safety standards as well as compliance of all laws of Mexico · Creates and maintains and effective training and inspection program of all Spa areas to ensure compliance of Health and Safety procedures and local laws.
Strong operational knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, suppliers and equipment. · Establishes goals and objectives for all areas of responsibility and communicates this effectively to all colleagues in an effort to promote engagement · Responsible for the design and implementation of Spa concepts and Spa packages and promotional offers · Works closely with Engineering Department on any Spa maintenance needs.
Oversees the hiring, developing and retaining of spa colleagues Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred Minimum of five to seven years' experience working in luxury spas (hotel spa experience strongly desired) Excellent project management and problem-
solving skills Ability to analyze results, present recommendations and resolve issues that arise Strong financial acumen mandatory to analyze data and improve performance
