Company Description : Bedu is an innovative organization looking to disrupt traditional education models for millennials.

Bedu was formed by the same team that founded Enova, Mexico’s largest blended education technology company. Bedu’s success formula is to provide millennials premium content and a premium educational experience in a blended learning format (plus, some other secret sauce we are not going to give away here!).

Our innovative operational model allows us to remain agile while offering new contents without significant fixed costs. Bedu’s first implementation, Be School, is currently in pilot phase in Mexico City with excellent results.

Position Description : Director of Business Development Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :

  • Design and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy for corporate clients and strategic partnerships
  • Identification and development of business opportunities with new clients
  • Identification of potential strategic partnerships that ultimately increase overall sales
  • Supervision of key projects with current partners and clients
  • Management of business development budget
  • Supervision of the business development team
  • Staying up to date on market trends and networking Skills & Qualifications :
  • Education level : Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Required : At least 10 years of experience in business development
  • Required : Experience in managing strategic partnerships
  • Preferred : Knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem
  • Required : English level advanced Works With : CEO and all areas Director of Business Development

    Profile :

  • Education level : Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Required : At least 10 years of experience in business development

  • Responsibilities :

  • Net base salary : $40,000MXN
  • Additional commission available
  • Biannual performance-based bonus
  • Additional benefits (additional vacation days, coverage of both major and minor medical expenses, dental insurance, life insurance, cancer insurance policy, subsidized cafeteria)
  • Location : Colonia Roma Norte.
