Field Services Sales
Responsible for developing Recurring Service Business(contracts, warranty extensions, multi-year agreements) within Energy &
Partner Field Service Organization, reporting to the Country Field ServicesSales Leader. This person will be responsible for driving the sales andBusiness development of Field service Recurring business plans at the nationallevel.
This person has an specific Quota for RecurringRevenue for opportunities directly led by him / here and is also responsible forthe achievement of the National Quota for Recurring.
He / She will need toleverage other Sales resources to achieve its goal.
This position will own and be accountable for drivingand achieving the associated goals for Recurring Service business (BusinessKPIs available in Field Services).
Promotes Recurring Services Offers to the differentSales team, and also will provide business support with appropriate offerproposal / pricing, and also customer facing interaction as needed.
Is the entry point for all related recurring servicesbusiness needs for the different sales team, based on the local organization
Connects to the Service Offer Marketing national team,providing business inputs to recurring offers evolutions, and support for salesevent organization, as needed.
Contributes to build channel sales programs under theleadership of the local marketing organization.
Together with Marketing, defines targeting criteriafor Recurring Business and ensures targets consistency at the country level.
Faces customers in the day to day activities and willoccur 25 50% of the time.
Works with the national network of Field Service Salesteams, including direct sales and Channel sales teams, BDMs
Develops and implements tactical plan to execute thecountry Recurring Services targets, received from Country Field ServiceManagement.
Provides business funnel visibility to management andContract Manager.
Provides sales performance and efficiency KPIs on amonthly basis (# of quotes, win / loss ratio, average deal $).
Provides information to Contract Management team forall deals coming in, including detailed information in terms of servicecoverage and type of assets and volumes.
Matrixes across the organization to ensure the overallgrowth objectives for the recurring revenue offer are met.
Works with marketing, sales and operations dedicatedteams groups to implement business development strategy into specificinitiatives.
Works with other Sales teams in the country to driveinitiatives / plans to increase EN&PT Recurring business in theirsegments / accounts.
