Develop a client contact strategy and conduct business development calls.
Organize meetings and attend pitches with prospective clients.
Maintain and develop existing client relationships to secure repeat and exclusive business.
Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and sell the most appropriate solution.
Manage entire recruitment process.
Identify and attract potential candidates using sourcing tools.
Maintain an accurate candidate database.
Interview candidates to understand their requirements.
Provide advice on market conditions.
Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another, and communicating effectively.
Internally network to build business relationships that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
Achieve quarterly billing purposes.
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, IT, HR, or similar.
1-2 years of professional experience.
Goal-oriented, dynamic, ability to build and grow relationships, and with excellent communication skills.
Advanced English level (written and oral) is a must.
