CX Enterprise Routing and Switching support manager As a Manager within Customer Experience you will lead a team of talented Technical Consulting Engineers in delivering excellent Enterprise Routing and Switching support within budget and to customer satisfaction.
You will manage your team's work load and act as an escalation point for customers and senior management. Additionally you will : -
Lead all aspects of people management, customer service delivery and management - Build strong relationships with account and engineering teams -
Interact with Cisco's customer and internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to technical support - Assume a leadership role in the organization and cross-
functional teams to drive service delivery and / or product improvements. - Identify and work on issues that affect global support -
Participate in projects involving Cisco's product or service offerings related to Technical Support - Assume ownership for the customer support experience, serving in a liaison role, creating a bridge that connects the technical and business perspectives of customer engagements.
In this role, you will gain insight on the detailed functionality of Cisco products and partner with all elements of technical support.
While partnering with results-oriented leaders, you will demonstrate teamwork and partnerships with direct reports and peers.
You will achieve cross-organizational influence and relevancy, have good people management, project management and negotiation skills.
You are a role model that builds and develops a motivated, high-performing engineering support team. Who You Are - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EE, or related field.
Additional requirements - You are a leader with strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills combined with good business acumen.
