The main responsabilities are : Develops and administer financial resources to ensure effective labor cost, capability building and competitive pay systems are in place.

Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive / senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.

Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the firm.

The main requirements : A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years of leadership in HR experienceBilingual : Fluent in English and SpanishLeadership, responsability and proactive
