Job Summary Job Description Assists and acts in the absence of the Director of Sales / Marketing to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives to maximize hotel service and profitability.
Manages and solicits a designated market. Organizes and supervises. As Assistant Director of Sales at Hilton Los Cabos Beach and Golf Resort, you are responsible for working closely with the Senior Management Team to drive business needs and expand existing business through promotional efforts and sales channels.
As Assistant Director of Sales will work to develop the leisure & group sales and groom a high-performing sales team. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
Compile and / or direct the preparation of reports pertaining to the operation of the Sales Department
Execute initiatives as outlined; swiftly implement strategies / tactics to offset changes in markets, economy or driven by the competitive set.
Organize and / or attend scheduled group and related meetings

based performanceRelevant degree, in sales, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution4 years' experience in a similar position, previous experience with a Hilton brand is a plusMust be fluent in English and Spanish
