Specific Job Responsibilities :
Handles customer inquiries, concerns and complaints, via phone or via email, and provides follow-up by choosing an appropriate course of action.
Handles customer questions regarding billing procedures and / or problems and identifies and corrects errors or discrepancies on customer billing.
Trouble-shoots customer service problems and schedules service calls.
Will utilize retention skills in order to save a downgrade or disconnect of service.
Responsible for taking requests for new, upgrade, downgrade, transfer or disconnect service, and responsible for accurate computer entries and paperwork associated with any transactions.
Performs clerical functions, such as responding to written customer inquiries, completing daily, weekly or monthly reports, and various other non-phone functions, as assigned.
Responsible for promoting a welcoming, friendly, professional environment.
Required Skills :
Intermediate English Level (B1)
Advanced French level (B2)
High school diploma or equivalent is required (might be unfinished)
Inbound call center experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communications
Ability to thrive in a lively team environment and multi-task
Experience with computers is required
