Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you as Electronics Engineer will be responsible for Provide engineering services implementing standardization (Maintenance plans, technical training, analysis and troubleshooting, capacity enhancement, improved technologies, training manuals) and develop continuous improvement strategies.
Apply the skills and knowledge to maintain, develop, and implement correct any manufacturing process, and in turn transfer any production line at a different location of the organization, maintaining the quality of our products to the costs set out in the estimated time.
About the Job :
Work with the Engineering Manager, Production Manager, and Engineers assigned to the support area to generate and track new business opportunities.
Develops continuous improvement strategies to support business objectives
Provides solutions to reduce cycle times ensuring product quality
Establishes recommendations for changes and updates on new products
Determine what activities are required to enhance the production of the products
Analysis of Scrap
Product Defect Analysis for the solution of the same
Analysis of Efficiency, Productivity, OEE, Downtime
Support production lines
Preparation of documents to facilitate the process of making the product (Letter of process , visual aids , work instructions , operating manuals)
Analyze, fix the flaws in the process.
Investigate the root cause of customer complaints and submit corrective / preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Development of PCN’s when deviations are necessary
Perform any other activity that warrants his position, or which is assigned by the immediate supervisor
Implements and monitors all changes to the software, PLC, s vision systems
Provides support to maintenance area. Electronic for analysis, detection and resolution of any system failure.
Coordinates, implements, trains at different levels
About You :
Electronic Engineer, electrical, mechatronic or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an engineer or activities related to control product development and / or production lines.
Knowledge in PCBA, THT and SMT
knowledge in Test and Calibration equipment
Management and administration of projects
Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, basic knowledge of Six Sigma methodology
Knowledge in programming PLC's, control software
