CS Core responsibilities :

  • Support Commercial Director and Sales ACMs for pipeline analysis and PUMA tracking.
  • Support business analysis in reference to historic sales in value and volume, GP, clients potential and strategy follow-up.
  • Support Commercial Director on pricing review process, execution and tracking
  • Co-ordinate, coach and support Customer Service team on their daily activities, decision making and general issues to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and accurate communications.
  • Establishment, monitoring and evaluation of work objectives and personal development of the Customer Service team.Monitor Customer Service Representative Process and communication relationship with other IFF departments to ensure timely and accurate responses and issue solving.
  • Review their feedbacks and needs to make the necessary adjustments / changes to ensure a correct and on time Sales Order management.

    Updating and compliance with the procedures concerning Customer Service.Have knowledge of all the accounts management to perform efficient analysis of workloads and customer needs in order to define the best distribution for Customer Service Representatives.

  • SAP Management (knowledge of available transaction, correct master data & sales order management, information retrieval, new processes for IFF OPS & IFF Customer’s needs, Shipment Consolidation).
  • Monitor Sales Order Process (including LOR administration) to ensure the correct and timely generation in accordance with customer's needs.
  • Promote and develop efficient and on time communications of Sales Orders confirmation, status and changes to IFF Customers, understanding of the customer's needs and proper communication with OPS to ensure Customer Care.

  • Build relationships with IFF customers to understand their needs in order to maximize our resources and minimize cost.
  • To be the first point of contact for IFF Customer's special request and issues for an efficient response. Get customer's feedback on satisfaction and take corrective actions if needed.

  • Administrate Sales Account Managers special requests and escalation issues for customers, define and co-ordinate the required activities with the team and follow up.
  • Generate and provide reports or account information when required.

  • Follow-up escalation and critical Sales Orders with OPS and Sales Team.
  • Coordination and attention to personal needs of the CS team (vacations, illnesses, permits, etc) in order to maintain an optimal level of service.
  • Customer Service for some Accounts (TBD) (Sales Order Management, deliveries, queries, special request, master data). Responsible to co-
  • ordinate the nationalization process for México plant in case the account requires.

  • Assure knowledge in Quality Systems as ISO 9001 to guarantee product quality.
  • Assure knowledge in Good Manufacturing practices (GMP's).
  • Lead audit process CS participation and areas of improvement defined during audits.
  • Incremental responsibilities above CS :

  • Bachelor’s degree

    Skills in information (SAP + Office + BW + PUMA)

    Fluent English

    Knowledge of International Trade principles

    Experience with Export, Customer Service, Logistics, Business analysis, Management of people and Project Management

    Proven experience in :

    CS, Logistics and International trade

    Management of people

    Business data processing and analysis

    Coming from companies in which areas of support (CS, Logistics, Exports) are agile, fast, less resourceful, flexible and effective.

    Preference experience in B2B, Fragrance Houses and Pharma
