Covering maternity leave, this is a 12-month fixed term contract.

As a key member of our ANZ HR Team, the role of Culture & Capability Business Partner supports, coaches and consults with Business Leaders to deliver against local, regional and global HR priorities in support of our ANZ organisation goals.

This is a true generalist OD role spanning across the disciplines of Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management.

You will work closely with the ANZ HR team while partnering with the Regional Talent CoE team to leverage regional & global initiatives, resources & content for ANZ deployment.

Working alongside a team of passionate HR professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding results to our stakeholders and our people, you will play a key role in the execution of our 2021 HR Plans.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Partner with HR Managers and BU leaders to understand L&D needs for the ANZ organisation, develop targeted plans to drive capability in support of business priorities
  • Create a culture of continuous learning across ANZ organisation, leveraging identified Regional / Global programs, including key capability programs for the K Way of Commercial and support of KWS People Centre L&D activations
  • Provide input to curriculum design for local deployment of Regional / Global programs supplemented with local execution and experiences
  • Coach and communicate with Business Leaders and HR Advisors / Managers across ANZ, in driving a high impact Talent Management cycle, with a focus on goal setting, development planning, transparency of performance & potential ratings and effective ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Develop communication plans and supporting resources for ANZ deployment of PDP activities, including facilitation of leader and employee training on PDP activities
  • In partnership with HR Managers, track the development of careers maps and targeted development plans for Top & Emerging Talent / Critical roles
  • Facilitator and key advisor to ANZ Employee Resources Groups, including Women of Kellogg (WOK) committee and take HR lead role providing visibility to overall WOK action plans
  • Partner with ANZ HR Director and broader HR team to identify and deploy programs to continue the focus on creating a culture of inclusion & high performance across ANZ organisation
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives including Engagement Survey coordination and data analysis to drive ANZ-wide action planning and other OD related projects in support of ANZ HR plans and Business priorities
  • Skills, experience & attributes sought :

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in HR, Organisational Behaviour, Adult Learning, or Psychology
  • L&D, OD focussed HR experience with a track record in the design and delivery of talent, culture & capability programs
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to build and sustain professional relationships, influence others and communicate effectively
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills and experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
  • Strong planning & organisation skills
  • Strong team orientation
