The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective customer relationships and developing opportunities for growth.
He / she will be responsible for the business development activities at several key enterprise accounts in the country.
Development activity will include the development and execution of account strategies, coordination of value added programs and services, resource coordination, and quotes responses.
He / She will provide appropriate technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales.
Develop and maintain key account strategies for high profile customers.
The Key duties of this position include :
Leverage Global contract to implement them locally for defined accounts
Work effectively as a team with operation and logistics departments to ensure supply chain and product delivery.
Ensure good communication and support within all internal and external customers.
Work with key suppliers on specific projects, coordinating RFQ, rebates and product delivery.
Prepare and lead Governance meetings and Business review with customers.
Report actions to Commercial Manager, updating pipeline with daily actions, forecast, created opportunities, etc.
Availability to travel : 30%
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
5+ years of sales, procurement or project management or commercial experience.
Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow senior level customer relationships across multiple areas like Sourcing, Production, Research, Materials Management
Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and project management skills
Strong leadership skills in a matrix environment
Ability to work independently and lead in a multi-disciplinary team
Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work from a home office
Outstanding organizational, planning, process development, and interpersonal skills
Excellent PC skills required Excel / Project Management software / Database (Access), etc.
Fluent in Spanish and English
