The Quality Failure Management Engineer participates and leads investigations for all quality failures / warranties reported by the customers using problem solving methodology in order to ensure a fast response to the customer by following the company standards.
Also, the Quality Failure Management Engineer is in charge of implementing the corrective and preventive actions and Lessons Learned internally to reinforce the preventive quality.
