JOB TITLE : Value & Access Manager
Accountable for the planning and landing of the Value Proposal regarding the entire BU portfolio. Maximize the market access opportunity for the brands at government and private health institutions in accordance with global access plan.
Conform the national strategic access platform aligned with GLOBAL and GEM, in accordance with BU team to fulfill and expand market opportunities for the BU, done in full compliance with Sanofi and regulatory requirements
Ensures health professionals & payers perspective are included in the value access proposal in collaboration with HEOR manager, National access KAM manager and National HMOs manager, aligned with global access strategy
Pricing strategy development regarding new product launches in order to collaborate with the final brand strategy, aligned with global and in accordance with National Pricing manager
Conformation, update and delivery of access dossiers in order to submit BU brands at each institution, according each institutional internal requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience : +2 years in Business Development, Acess, Finance, MKT or Sales.
Demonstrated track-records in leading commercial operations.
Strategic thinking and strong analytical ability.
Strong customer orientation and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence transversally and to operate in a complex organization.
Fluent in English
Completed graduation degree
