This position will be based in Tijuana andwill be responsible for leading sales and support of the North region forRubbermaid Commercial Products.
Her / Hiskey goal isto support sales growth of the CCS brands within the Norte region bydeveloping distributors in charge (5 in total) plus follow-up to satelliteDistributors (3) through end user opportunities identification, product portfolioproposals, sales team trainings, and end users visits and assessments.
KAE willalso look for the portfolio expansion with end users located in Baja CaliforniaNorte and its nearby states such as Baja California Sur, Chihuahua, Coahuila& Durango.
Fieldwork with the distributors’ sales teams visiting & assessing end users (manufacturingfacilities, hotels, universities, schools, hospitals, malls) with theobjective of identify selling opportunities and therefore developing theregion’s pipeline.
Aligninternal strategies with distributors and provide constant communication ofthe level of achievement in a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis viabusiness reviews.
Identify,register, update and ongoing monitoring of opportunities through the Sales Pipeline
Apply BusinessIntelligence routines in order to identify Inventory, sellout and salesactions through sales tools available : Distribution Management System,Pipeline, Sales Force, SAP.
Supportsellout growth in customers by increasing their sales of RCP products throughmore lead generation, and increasing product listing in distributors’ endusers
Receive,process and follow up to the orders of the distributors in a timely andproactive basis with customer service and supply chain areas.
Providefinancial analysis of pricing in specific projects, until theirimplementation
Collaboratewith distributors in the search and opening of new redistribution companies inthe north region to increase brand participation in key segments of cleaningand maintenance of facilities.
Activelyparticipate in the implementation of trade marketing strategies (Industry tradeshows, distributor shows, sales force activities and hotels fairs)
Providetailor made product training to the distributors’ sales force
Traindistributors’ sales teams into selling CCS products
Ideal Candidate :
Bachelorin Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing
2-3Years Working in Sales.
