Are you excited about Change?We have a fantastic opportunity to join with us! Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Senior Program Manager, Pipeline Coordinator Position Purpose :

  • The Cross-Category Productivity team responsibility is to create a pipeline of raw and pack productivity projects which will bring savings to the Americas regions.
  • The Pipeline coordinator will be responsible for helping to fill the pipeline through ideation and cross-region collaboration.

  • $250MM in savings to meet the SP expectations.

    Role Accountabilities :

  • Work collaboratively with the cross-functional partners (ISC, Procurement, Category Teams) to define areas of opportunity for ideation.
  • Influence the organization to define topic owners / sponsors for the ideation
  • Knowledge of the tools in the ideation toolkit to understand the appropriate tools to define opportunities / ideas
  • Lead the Americas CoP of facilitators to foster a passionate, engaged community that continues to develop capability in ideation tools and methodologies
  • Coordinate with facilitators / topic owners to plan the sessions
  • Develop a database of ideation output
  • Coordinate scoping of the ideation output for progression to I2M in the categories
  • Link closely with CREW Integrators and RDQ Spend Area Leads to shuttle ideas to the category / spend area 4-2-1’s
  • Collaborate with other Regions to leverage productivity ideas and share / implement best practices
  • Manage one direct report (remotely)
  • Academic Knowledge :

  • BACHELOR’S DEGREE (4 YR)
  • Major : Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Pkg Science, Related Sciences
  • Working Knowledge :

  • Years of experience in RDQ or related supply chain function 12-15 years minimum
  • Successful development and application of ingredient, product, package or process technologies for complex R&D projects 10 years minimum
  • Solid experience with commercialization, project timelines, savings estimates, and the I2M process 10 years minimum
  • Experience with consumer / product testing protocols and solid financial knowledge - 10 years minimum
  • Facilitation experience in ideation methodologies a plus
  • Skills :

  • Strong presentation, communications, influencing and motivational skills
  • Able to work across categories, cultures and the enterprise
  • Solid technical foundation with a background in multiple categories if possible
  • Project management skills
  • Understanding of Process Linkages across the technical community and ISC
  • Strategic thinker with broad business knowledge; knows the right questions to ask
  • Ability to influence, lead and direct teams
  • Ability to manage and work with complexity and ambiguity
  • Comfort around higher management
