This position is responsible for supporting all HR processes for multiple locations and client groups including talent acquisition, personnel administration, policy implementation, corporate events and reporting of HR metrics.

How You Will Make a Difference :

  • Coordinate talent acquisition process including creating job descriptions, job postings, prescreening, interviews and on boarding process.
  • Present our brands to candidates with knowledge and passion while providing an excellent candidate experience.

  • Build and foster strong relationships with hiring managers by providing exceptional service, direction, and direct feedback throughout the selection process to assist with making informed and quality hiring decisions.
  • Responsible for coordinating compensation, payroll and employee benefits. Manage enrollment process for company benefit programs including new hires, changes, and terminations.
  • Responsible for creating / running and analyzing HR related reports on an ad-hoc basis (i.e org charts, turnover, headcount).
  • Manage exit process and controls changes in personnel management like new hires, rehires, terminations, suspensions, promotions and transfers in HR database systems.
  • Assist with various department projects including audits, employee events, training and other projects as needed.
  • Answer employees’ requests and interact with the corporate office, distribution center and retail personnel on a daily basis.
  • Skills for Success :

    Years of Related Professional Experience : 5 years of Human Resources experience.

    Experience working in the retail / fashion industry is a plus.

    Educational / Position Requirements :

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills (Spanish / English)
  • Strong database skills : Microsoft Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality
  • Extremely detail oriented with exceptional follow through skills
  • Ability to proactively plan and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze and interpret policies, procedures and other business practices, guidelines and documents
