Summary :

Responsible for leading the region’s development and growth of SAS’ Service Provider business leveraging the Managed Analytical Service Provider (MASP) and xSP programs in alignment with SAS’ growth strategies.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of market needs, partner expertise, and the MASP and xSP business models
  • Achieving regional MASP revenue goals by supporting partner managers and account executives in the recruitment, development, approval, and execution of MASP business plans and agreements
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders to develop partner strategies, encourage cooperation and develop trust with and for our partners
  • Coordinating and monitoring the efforts of SAS in the development of unique offerings that could be delivered as an Analytic Service by partners
  • Ensuring onboarding steps are followed to get MASPs stood up and generating revenue on target
  • Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationship with influential executives within SAS and the Partner’s organization who can / will materially impact our ability to execute
  • Coordinating MASP and SAS team members to design / develop / execute successful support models
  • Working in conjunction with Enterprise Negotiations and the Legal Division to ensure implementation and compliance SAS’ Service Provider Framework
  • Monitoring and ensuring MASP and xSP program compliance across the region, including tracking, reporting, and regular business reviews
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Relationship and partner management skills, especially at management and executive levels
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams while maintaining governance to avoid escalations and exposure
  • Experience recruiting, qualifying, and developing partners
  • Oral and written communications skills, including effective presentation skills
  • Proven time management skills. Ability to lead, balance, and self-manage multiple simultaneous projects and activities
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, results driving, and customer focused
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other related field.
  • Experience

  • 10 years of experience in alliance, sales, marketing, business partner relationship development, or technical functions with partners in the software industry including related products and services
