Summary

They are hiring an Engineering Lead to join their talented team in Guadalajara.
The position will focus on managing the cross-functional engineering teams, driving customer solutions and collaborating closely with other engineering leads.
The ideal candidate will have previous engineering management experience (ideally 5 10 people) as well as hands on engineering experience with front end technologies.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience managing engineering teams (with a team size of 5 or more developers, over a period of at least 3 years)
People focused able to drive staff with reporting functions, business objectives and personal growth
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (web and / or mobile), including various client-facing roles ideally in front end technologies
