About the Sales Account Manager position

We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.

As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Sales Account Manager responsibilities are :

Managing accounts portfolio to achieve long-term success

Establishing a good relationships with clients

Handling customer needs

Dealing with disputes by providing effective solutions

Overseeing account representatives to boost sales

Making regular reports on sales performance

Setting sales targets

Making suggestions to improve sales performance

Sales Account Manager requirements are :

Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Good product knowledge

Knowledge about CRM and MS Office

Product demonstration

Excellent negotiation skills

Displaying professionalism

Being target driven and highly motivated
