Gen Svcs Space & Occupancy Mgr
General Objective Ensure accurate execution of all change management programs associated with the site-location strategy, specifically the migration to the two new Citi Shared Centers in Metepec and Revolucion, the Monterrey Citiplan relocation and the Veracruz Citiplan, and within CRS Mexico Team as well.
This position will coordinate communication and deliverables with all internal stakeholders, locally, regionally and globally.
Key counterparts will be teams belonging to the following areas : corporate realty services, human resources, infrastructure, technology, contact center, collections, all other Operations and Technology teams, finance, public affairs, general services, food services, vendors and other areas impacted by the move.
Participate as a shadow people in order to develop the capabilities and skills for the Supervision of the Operations, Financial, Asset Management, Real Estate, Project Management, Safety & Security and General Services (Purchasing, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables, Warehousing, etc) functions in the regions assigned in this program to achieve objectives. Project Managing for Organizational Change Management and corporate relocations.
Management of effective governance model.
Formation of change committees.
Identification, management and communication with Stakeholders, Champions and Change Agents, to ensure commitment and sponsorship for the change process.
Implementation of new working models to integrate the concept of open spaces, new technologies and flexible spaces.
Identify and break paradigms in current leadership styles, implementing new working styles, focused on results and collaboration.
Identify Knowledge gaps, to ensure change to new workplaces and working models.
Participate actively in the development and implementation of internal projects, related to change processes to identify risks and define action plans for mitigation
Ensure alignment between business needs, "Stakeholders" priorities with the scope and project objectives.
Report regularly to senior leaders and matrix leaders.
Management of external teams of consultants, administration of the contract, definition and deliverable reception.
Creation and monitoring of programs and work plans.

Plans, develops and implements strategies to maximize the value of assets within a Region.
Plans and develops plans to ensure the appropriate space for corporate needs at the lower occupancy costs in the market and the disposal of excess / vacant areas :
Ensures the effective operation and infrastructure to fully support the businesses within the portfolio managed, with the appropriate quality and added value to the customers.
Delivers a proactive service to the business ensuring the business is communicated with at all times.
Customer relationship management is one of the key responsibilities.
Key liaison between regional and local businesses and CitiBanamex Realty Services to ensure adequate implementation of the Company objectives.
Key customer liaison with business managers to facilitate all occupancy needs and requirements which include new project development, corporate real estate services, portfolio analysis, renovation, space planning, relocation or consolidation of operations and disposition of surplus property.
Support for the Premises Operating Expenses of the assets. Participation on the Establishment and management of the financial budgets (expense and capital budgets) of the properties.
Ensures appropriate property expenses costs and control.
Ensures reporting consistency, on time and quality from all regions under his responsibility.
Minimum 5 years (desirable >
7 years) of professional experience in projects of process improvement, implementation of solutions or transformation
Experience in project management, financial and organizational change (methodologies).
Experience in Corporate Moving (desirable).
Experience in "Real Estate" Basics (desirable).
Experience in Public Relations, Communication, Training, Marketing and Coaching.
Experience in the processes of Corporate Communication, Development of Manuals and Training Methodologies to numerous audiences (eg>
Bachelor degree in any career, MBA or equivalent degree is desirable Languajes English (written and spoken language for communication and development of presentations to 95%).
