Primary Sales contact for assigned area / customer base. Make telephone sales to an established customer group, takes orders by telephone, creates PO and invoices.
Selects and prepare customer orders. Prioritize and assigns delivery schedule for commercial driver. Maintenance positive customer relations & ensures complete customer satisfaction.
Monitors profitability by utilizing reports. Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Responsibilities :
Team building and coaching, customer maintenance. Report reviews, customer data compilation, stocking program support. Inventory control discrepancies.
Exchange information with the store manager
Processing orders and file documents. Collection and accounts receivables
Sales to customers
Position Requirements :
Level of Formal Education : A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
Area of Study : No Special Requirement
Years of Experience : Two to three years.
Type of Experience : Automotive sales experience, telephone sales preferred. Effective communication and interpersonal relations skills required
