We're currently looking for an excited and talented Job Title to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas :

  • Run shipping requirements listing and MD07 reports to compare vs shipping req at the start of the shift
  • Prepare, submit and follow up dispute process for customer violations / claims
  • CSR responsible for Monitor balance out (ramp up / down plans
  • Container management process

  • Check customer systems as applicable : SMART for Chrysler, DDL for Ford and any other Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer as applicable
  • Answer any urgent tickets within the required lead times
  • Verify that SAP shows latest updated information from customer (EDI & Manual releases)
  • Verify daily SDOC report and communicate to engineering and sales for unkown parts
  • Be able to create all documentation as needed (S / A, Assign to Product Group, Update Material Master, Cross References, create Standard Orders, etc)
  • Check, confirm and print screens of all ASN transmitted correctly for all shipments daily, escalate to next level when error occurs as needed
  • Update delivery ratings once a week for customers
  • Communicate with customer and become voice of the customer
